Memberships are for one pet, require a one-year commitment and renew automatically. Exams are subject to availability; additional appointment fees may apply. Sick visits are for non-emergency medical concerns only; emergency and urgent care services are not included. Tests, treatments, medications, medical/waste fees and rabies registration are not included. Additional vaccines and expanded blood panels are available at an additional cost; puppies and kittens require additional vaccines not included in the plan. The preventative discount requires purchasing a full year’s supply in one visit. The 24/7 veterinary line provides triage guidance only and cannot diagnose or prescribe. The hospital team will decide whether an appointment is a doctor visit or a technician visit.
Changes to your membership take effect at the end of your current term. Memberships are non-transferable.
